We operate as a team, our guild is commited to making sure each person feels part of a team.  Any player that does not fit into our team and makes no effort to fit in will more than likely be replaced.   We have certain goals and deadlines, which need to be accomplished. Players that do not get behind these goals and accomplish them within our time limit more than likely will be replaced.

Swearing, Cursing, and Blasphemy: We do not want to see this typed out in guild chat.  You can easily not type in such a word.  This goes for on vent also, it is NOT acceptable to have a conversation where every 2nd word is a swear word.  Most people within the guild have little kids running around.  Granted sometimes its an instant reaction to swear and doing such will some what be excused.   If you are upset that you were ganked by horde or some other issue, log off the game and walk around the block. Do not take out your frustration within the guild by expressing your anger with such words.

We expect all players to have active communication and be responsible within the guild.  If your gonna be late, or need to miss a raid, or other such issues it MUST be posted up within our Forums. 

Zero Tolerance policies.

Under no circumstances is any player within the guild to put down another player out in the open. If you feel a player is slacking off, not pulling their weight or any other negitive thing, contact an officer, or send that player a DIRECT tell.  If the issue becomes bigger then go directly to an officer.

No Sexual Talk on vent or within Guild at anytime.  What you did in your RL stays out in RL no need to bring it into the game.

Anyone breaking these 2 rules will get an instant kick.
