War Storm: Our core values and beliefs

Until the Xpac, we will have 3 raiding ranks, outlined as follows:
WarBringer (Core Raider)
Attendance: All 4 raid nights
Loot Rules: First priority on loot drops, dkp bid against other core raiders
Perks: Sunwell repairs, consumables covered by guild
WrathBringer (Support Raider)
Attendance: Must make 2 of the 4 raid nights
Must schedule available nights via post on website

Loot Rules: Dkp bid against others in raid after WarBringer bid is finished
Doombringer (Veteran Inactive)
This rank is for those of you who have contributed a minimum of 3 months of active time with us at War Storm. In that time you must have demonstrated all of the committment, ability, and desire that comes with being a member of War Storm. Nothing will be expected of you as to attendance while you are inactive, but yu are welcome to log on from time to time, and if you are needed, will get an invite to the raid.
This rank will be awarded on a case-by-case basis at Tendermulva's discretion.
All raiders must notify via post, in game mail, email, phone, or text when missing a raid. If you are a potential high-risk last minute schedule change candidate whisper me in game for my phone or email.
No notification will result in a /gkick.
3 missed raids in the two month period will result in a /gkick.
Unavoidable circumstances assessed for their individual merits, on a case by case basis, and may or may not be penalized. For the “3 strikes” penalty not to be assessed, the circumstances will have needed to be dire indeed. Losing a limb, or a death in the family qualify. Not much else will, so don’t push it.
All current consumables, mods, macros, knowledge, prep requirements etc. will still be enforced and expected to be adhered to.
After we down KJ, and continuing into the expansion release we will downgrade to a 2 night raid schedule. I expect that will be a nice relief for most of you, and would give us all time to enjoy other aspects of the game/rl before the race begins anew at 80.
